If I go to reports and customer orders total the information is still there but if I go to customers - orders they don't exist.... HELP!!!!!!!!!! I made the orders section of my admin panel secure (SSL) so that the credit card info in the order is secure and now everytime I update an order (i.e. change status from pending to processing) it disappears from the orders list. If I go to reports and customer orders total I can see the total of the order under the customers name so I know the info is still there somewhere but if I go to customers - orders the order doesn't show up. I really need help and haven't gotten any replies... Guest Posted May 14, 2005 Share Posted May 14, 2005 I had an unusual thing happen to me after I made some heavy mods to my admin side. Did you install a contribution? Here's my thing: After I update an order, the cart returns me to the orders page, but it is missing some buttons on the right. If I click on and order from there, nothing happens but the page refreshes and the order drops off the face of the earth! If I click the orders link on the left first, the page comes up OK (with the buttons on the right). I found if I search for the order number with the search box, it comes up fine but the status goes from Pending to blank! I change the status back to Pending, or whatever it was, and Presto, it appears back on the orders page. Needless to say, I'm very careful where I click after updating an order!!
