Need Help Auto Pin Delivery

I am planning to sell prepaid phone card on my website, which is based on oscommerce.

 

I need to have my cusotmer recived the prepaid phone card pin numbre right after the order went through.

 

It seems that nobody has developed a moduel of this funciton.
