Only Accept orders from the United States

How do I set this up to only Accept orders from the United States. Is there an easy way to delete all the other countries from showing up?

if you have php myadmin, epmty the countries table and insert from the sql-script that came with your install folder only those lines you need ... USA is 223 I think
