Language files under /include/ and under /admin/

I've working on osCommerce. So far I've changed php-files under /include/language/ but now I found that english.php is under /admin/include/language/ also? What's the purpose of that english.php under admin? It seems to have NO EFFECT on anything? Correct me, I'm wrong :rolleyes:

catalog/include is for the catalog, admin/includes is for the admin side

the admin languages files are used for the admin side and the catalog languages files are used for the catalog side

Thank you alot! Then I just have "a bit" badly done translation to a certain language (from contributions). Just have to clean up the mess then...
