Hi,

I have a web site already created in FrontPage on iPowerweb.com. I am creating a shopping cart with osCommerce. How do I link this page to my FrontPage web? Also, I would like to have the osCommerce page have links back to the main web site. How can I do this? PLEASE HELP! I'm a 'newbie' to this. Thanks!

Sincerely,

Tom

Your homepage, as it is done in FrontPage will be called index.htm - and this is the page that people will land on if they type in http://www.yourdomain.com. This is because servers look for homepages in a hierarchy and index.htm and index.html come before index.php

Other than a link from your homepage to your 'store', I'd recommend against any links. The 'Top' link in osCommerce should automatically point back to index.htm anyway - but if it doesn't you can change this in includes/application_top.php

FrontPage will insert folders of its own into every folder, including the osCommerce ones, and will override any .htaccess files you have. FrontPage and osCommerce do not go well together - you will have problems.

Tom
