Shipping - can oscommerce be configured to offer a flat rate shipping charge for each item. Ex - 1 item gets $5.52 shipping while another might get free shipping? If so, can it be done in easypopulate? 2. Tax - this should be simple but I need to only set sales tax of 7.5% for shipping destinations within the state of Arkansas.
