longroad
I cant get my product images to show. I've made the images the exact same dimensions as in the image settings in admin, and the images are only around 4kb, so its not a size issue. My category and sub category images show up, just not the products. The only thing different is that product images are in a sub-folder in the images folder, but i am specifying this folder in the Products Image field so I cant see why its getting it wrong. Though, when I check the sample data in the software (dvd products), where their images is it is specified as "dvd/image.gif" under the Product Images field, however when I go back to see my product, it doesn't have the subfolder there, it just says "image.gif" rather than "subfolder/image.gif", which is the way I entered it. I hope I have explained this easily enough to understand. Any help appreciated. Thank you

longroad
i've tried that, tried absolute URL, everything. :( when i click the image properties after editing, i can see that its still not pointing to the sub directory in the url, despite me specifying it. This is very frustrating :(

If this is a new sub-category then when you create the new sub-category it will automatically create the new sub-category image folder inside the 'images' folder. I'm guessing you created this sub-folder inside 'images' manually and that's why it's not registering. When adding new products to a sub-category it's only necessary to locate the image on your computer, and there's no need to specify any additional image pathway.
