burt
You need an "I agree I am over 18" splash page in my opinion. Also, where is your contact details (as required by UK Law)? I won't comment on anything else as it's standard osCommerce.
Arcadiauk
Maybe i'm out of touch but just out of curioisty what are the laws regarding showing pornagraphic images within an online shop environment? I've seen a couple of online adult video oscommerce shops within the last year or so and some hide parts of the pictures and some don't. Surely even a screen that asks a persons age before they enter the shop isn't going to stop a curious underage teenager from viewing the contents. This is not a criticism of your site i'm just curious that's all. Derek

Also, where is your contact details (as required by UK Law)? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I agree with this, especially considering right on the front page there is hardcore material. I dunno about the UK, but I am fairly certain US law states that you must show a warning to users if your site contains explicit material (like hardcore porn). I dunno if this is UK law as well, but IMO, warning people about the explicit nature of material on your site is just plain decency.
