problems with payment gateway

: :'( Hi Im having problem with the return process once payment is completed.

To clarify.

Im using 2checkout. When some customers place orders and select 2checkout as the payment process they are not completing it correct as Im receiving payment but no order.

Is their any way where the order can process first prior to the payment process?

Problem I think is customers are not hitting the complete button after the payment with 2checkout.

Works fine with paypal.
