Guest Posted April 28, 2005 Share Posted April 28, 2005 New store, minimal mods like CCGV and HEader Tags, customer navigates through the store to buy an item, upn entering NEW account info, procced to checkout_shipping.php and NO rates from either UPS XMP (says or FedEx- best I can tell from logging is that NO data is being sent to them in the 'TO' fields (the customer) though everything else *IS*. WEIRD PART- refesh the page and the rates appear no problemo. never appear again for that user either.... Can anyone suggest a cause or direction to look? Alternatively, anyone familiar with the upsxml.php lookup able to recommend a few lines of code to force a second try if any errors come back? site is at www.pressuredropinc.com/store thanks!
