A friend gave me the software on a disc....???  Is it legal ???

I suppose it is legal alright but if you really want it is something you have to decide. If you want to get rid of the right mouse-click blocker you will have to go through your shop/index.php, shop/product_info.php, etc., look for the following code and remove it:

 <script language=JavaScript>
<!--

//Disable right mouse click Script
//By Maximus ([email protected]) w/ mods by DynamicDrive
//For full source code, visit http://www.dynamicdrive.com

var message="Please keep in mind that all work here (including graphics) is PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT!";

///////////////////////////////////
function clickIE4(){
if (event.button==2){
alert(message);
return false;
}
}

function clickNS4(e){
if (document.layers||document.getElementById&&!document.all){
if (e.which==2||e.which==3){
alert(message);
return false;
}
}
}

if (document.layers){
document.captureEvents(Event.MOUSEDOWN);
document.onmousedown=clickNS4;
}
else if (document.all&&!document.getElementById){
document.onmousedown=clickIE4;
}

document.oncontextmenu=new Function("alert(message);return false")

// -->
</script>

I have tried the shop/index.php and shop/product_info.php files and they do not contain that script...

I also downloaded the disable right-click contribution (which says put the script in includes/header.php to see the install path but still to no avail....

Just use grep for windows, or Crimson Editor's find in files feature, or anything else (besides Windows Search) that can search in multiple files. Search for "Maximus "
