tinystrings Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 I am having the most bizarre problem... my online store, www.throwingmusic.com/catalog/, isn't working - I get a blank screen in Firefox and a Cannot Find Server/DNS error in IE. BUT, my admin tool, which is in a subdirectory below /catalog, works just fine. The main site, www.throwingmusic.com works fine too. I can't get to any specific products in the catalog either, nor can I get there via our other domain, www.50footwave.com/catalog. This problem occurred once last week too, but I wasn't able to figure out what was causing this problem before I had to leave the office. When I returned a few hours later everything was miraculously working again, and has been working since, until today. My customers are also unable to access the store, so I can't blame it on my end or my ISP. My hosting provider says all is well on that end too. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm quite stumped. tinystrings Posted April 28, 2005 Author Posted April 28, 2005 Yes, it got fixed by my hosting provider after I went to sleep... They realized they were testing a new Apache module and once that got uninstalled everything started working again... It's still weird that it would affect just that one directory.
