Have you enabled SSL in your includes/configure.php? Be sure that the HTTPS path and cookie settings are correct - -if you are using a shared SSL certificate, they need to reflect the domain of the shared SSL cert.

Find out from your web hosting company what the path to the shared certificate is for your website. You'll need that before anyone can advise you about the settings you'll need to use.

Ok I got the path and edited the file as so

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://prisonpackages.biz');

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://flexo.routesys.com/~prisonpa/ ');

define('ENABLE_SSL', false); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'http://prisonpackages.biz');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'https://flexo.routesys.com/~prisonpa/');

still no luck it is not secure

Mario, change the domain settings to:

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.prisonpackages.biz');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.routesys.com');

Rhea, is that right? I always forget for shared SSL and have to try it out to be sure.

Hi,

I am having a problem getting my cart check out secure as well. Below is my configure.php setting. Is there something else I need to change?

At what point in the checkout flow should https: appear?

Thanks!

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://barndale.com'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://barndale.hostexcellence.com'); // eg, https://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers

define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.barndale.com');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', '.hostexcellence.com');
