Configuring Canada Post module

I now have a Canada Post account and tried to install the module on osCommerce but it does not seem to work... When trying to buy something it says: "Cannot reach Canada Post Server. You may refresh this page (Press F5 on your keyboard) to try again"


Any idea?


I contacted Canada Post and they say it may be a firewall problem (logging is on port 30000)... But am I dumb or I don't believe a web site has a firewall!?
