Web Template - which ones can I use

2 questions for all of you experts!

1. I would like to use a purchased template for my OSC store. I've seen things online where you can use a template or html design and add osc tags? that indicate where the OSC parts go. Could any template be incorporated into OSC? My current plan is to buy a template & buy a packaged set of contributions and then get everything operational. 1 of the templates I'm looking at is flash. Does that make a difference? Also, does flash take more space or bandwidth? Also, the 2 templates I'm considering were designed for a musician or piano teacher not for a store. Does that make it more difficult to add to an OSC commerce site? Also, is there a contribution for using templates w/ your site?

2. I emailed someone who design OSC sites with what I was looking for and they thought I might need a custom cart. I currently have about 200 music books for sale and will be adding more in the future. I also currently have a few gift items and will probably be adding instruments (like harps) for sale. The music books I ship via media mail and the gifts & instruments would have specified shipping charges. Can I just use the basic OSC w/ a few contributions? Is there a limit on products that it can handle?

Thanks so much for all of the help!

One choice is to use sts_template, which allows you to modify sts_template.html file any way you want your osc store to look like and then put "placers" for "my cart", "my account" and so on anywhere you want.

I did that, here is my site:

My Webpage

Look in contrubutions section for sts_template contribution.
