Other links in footer

Hello,

 

I was trying to put my Privacy Policy and General Conditions in the footer, and that was no problem and the texts are translated to the other languages, but where and how do I add the correct links?

 

What code should I put in the footer.php and what in the different language files?

 

At the moment I have in the footer:

  <td align="center" class="copyright"><?php  echo FOOTER_TEXT_BODY?> | <?php  echo BOX_INFORMATION_CONDITIONS?> | <?php  echo BOX_INFORMATION_PRIVACY?></td><td align="center" class="smallText">

And in the language files:

define('FOOTER_TEXT_BODY', 'Copyright © 2005 <a href="http://www.XXXXXXX.nl" target="_top">Name of my site</a>');
