A customer has called me and placed the order over the phone, but I want to add the order myself to my store. This will still allow them to track the order, ect. This will still allow them to track the order, ect. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> add it the same way they would by creating an account for them How are they paying you ? if by cc then keep in mind the rules of taking payment by cc without the card holder being present.
