When Auth net is used, everything looks ok to customer. Link goes through to dll.transact,etc on auth net site and gives customer success page, but order does not appear in admin anywhere nor does cust receive email as when check/money order is used. I don't know if the trouble is in the auth net module or on their side altogether. Also, even though it tells the customer that the order was successful, auth net shows no record of it at all. Guest Posted April 21, 2005 Share Posted April 21, 2005 very rarely is it on the authnet side, it is usually an incorrect setting in your admin area, transaction key not matching, or curl isnt working properly, or you dont have return url in authnet set properly. what version of authnet payment module are you using? the generic with osc or the authnet with curl? I am having trouble with integrating my cart with Authorize.net. Is there someone who can help me with this on this forum? Appreciate any help. I am using the payment module that came with osCommerce 2.2. I have a funny feeling that I may not be properly passing the key. I was initially set up just fine. Authnet changed their deal and I had to go to SIM system for security reasons. Somewhere in the transition, I have never gotten it to process again. I really need to step through the process with someone and authnet can't help. They say that the url dll.transact that I am using is correct and that I must not be passing the right info on to them. shootingstar Posted May 1, 2005 Author Share Posted May 1, 2005 Hey, I figured something out. Getting a error 92 "This method of transaction submission no longer valid." Some months back Authnet notified me that the Weblink method of submission was no longer available because of security issues. I followed their directions at the time to change over and everything seemed ok. Now they are saying that only the AIM method will be allowed. They provide documentation of how to go about changing over but it is a bit over my head in that I can't figure out where to be adding the AIP they give me. I decided that until I can figure it out, I would just enable the credit card module and process the cards manually until I get the Authnet module fixed. A scary thing happens when a card is entered. The order appears in the admin panel (progress) and the customer receives an email. I do not receive an email even though the module says true to merchant email. The card number is not captured anywhere that I can find so card cannot be processed even manually. If we can't fix the Authnet module, can someone talk me through getting the credit card module to capture the card #s for me to process manually?
