What Store features are essential?

Newbie alert!!! >_<

 

I have a store on my web site that I designed myself:

It takes orders but is otherwise completely featureless, I investigated and decided on OScommerce as the fully featured solution. :thumbsup: CRE Loaded 6.1a version. Unfortunately I haven't got the time to install and skin it myself so a third party are doing it for me and I'm acting as project manager.

 

The thing is OScommerce has a zillion+1 features and I'm completely bamboozled. I can immediately see that some of the features are fluff, but I would like to know from other store owners which box features and other features are absolutely essential and importantly are used by customers. It's nice to have all the features to call upon but now I want to trim them down to keep a professional and uncluttered store. My site is mostly B2B.

 

What features have you got and what have you not got switched on?
