Form Help

[Vesper]

I have the basic layout for a form I want to create, except it doesn't quite work yet.

From there, you can see I have the radio buttons setup, the text field for people to describe their item, and the 'Buy Now' button. I need some help though :(

 

-How do I setup the Buy Now buttons to submit an e-mail to my account?

 

-How do I make it so the Buy Now buttons requires the user to login?

 

-How do I make sure the Buy Now buttons actually bill the people?

 

-How do I require all of the text fields to be filled in order to submit?

 

Any help on any of these question would be greatly appreciated :D
