twirlerzmom
A customer brought it to my attention that the site does not show a secure sign anywhere during purchasing. I have contacted authorize.net and they keep giving me round around answers, and not really helping. They advised me I am connected using SIM, and gave m test numbers to run, which I did. I didn't receive any confirmation back, saying it was declined (test numbers only) and instead after the purchase I get taken back to the original payment page again. Does anyone know what is wrong, if anything? And how do I show customers that the site is secure?

The look at how you have configured authorize.net and make sure that is correct If the problem persists post your configure.php files and open discussion up on your install of authorize.net Charles A kite flies highest AGAINST the wind !
