Increase Admin Timeout

I've searched through the site for a while, so please don't hate me if this is already posted somewhere.

 

Is there an easy way to keep the Admin pages open and alive, short of adding a refresh to the pages?

 

I probably type my login info 100 times a day. Any help would be appreciated, and rewarded with a coupon to our store. :thumbsup:
