bubblin Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 Hi Ok, we've just got our website up and running but please help! I'm really not good with all this! Ok, we've got all products and pictures on but... We are in the UK and have mastered the shipping by weight for over here but if anyone from across the pond tries to order anything they will get the same rate. I'm pretty sure the damn thing thinks we're from the US and I don't know how to change this (when I try to put in zone for local shipping it just says Florida - no other option). Also, I know didley about HTML. Is it possible to sort the display and front page of my website myself? Sorry for the really basic queries, just thought someone might have some advice? Any advice greatfully received! Thanks, Caroline :'(
bubblin Posted April 20, 2005 Author Posted April 20, 2005 Please help, honestly any suggestions would be great!

Does this mean you haven't set up any countries and zones and you're using the default? I've done it fine for uk prices but i cant fathom how to seperate up the zones to sort out the shipping. I had a look in locations/zones but it doesn't really show much. I thought I read something about putting countries into Zone 1 (uk), Zone 2 (us, aus etc)? Where is this?!
Winterchild Posted April 20, 2005 Posted April 20, 2005 in locations/taxes you have countries where you set up countries zones where you put zones of countries tax zones to specify what taxzone applies to what zone/country Forum search Contributions search Documentation search (note: docs being adapted for MS3, may be different for MS2) 3 tips for better forum searching Want to post?
