cxixer
The (not so) new streamlined sales tax laws, anyone else familiar with these? In most states now you charge sales tax to where the product is going to end up. For example, I live in KS, if someone purchases a product from me online, not from my city but still in KS, and they do not pick it up, meaning I have it shipped - I charge them THEIR sales tax. Any way to do this that I have overlooked? This law is actually already in effect, but the gov is giving people until this date and that date, they have kept extending it to my knowledge. But I havn't seen a way to do this in osCommerce... ?
