When a customer places an order they receive an e-mail with the details of what has been ordered. If I change the status from pending to processing or processing to dispatched within the admin area, the customer receives a blank e-mail. The e-mail does have the subject 'Order Update' which it is getting from admin/includes/languages/orders.php, but it does not show the rest even though it is there in orders.php Any ideas on this would be much appreciated.
