Guest Posted April 19, 2005 Share Posted April 19, 2005 Hi folks I ma very new to this (only just unzipped) have follwed instructions so far, but when I try to open the install page (install.php) or index.php etc I get a message: FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it! as far as I was aware everything is OK with my php sql etc, any suggestions please. (on a windows machine its in the windows directory) Open this file with a text editor and to a search for register_globals and change its value to on. Hope this helps.
