My website shopping cart is not working (cant get any help on fixing it) so I decided to start from scratch. I have installed easy populate but can not get the CSV or txt file downloaded and then uploaded to the other site. HOW DO I DO IT? I have tried many methods, so many I have forgotten what I have tried so far. There must be something very basic I am doing wrong!
