Guest Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 Everything else seems ok.. but when I log in the admin area I get these two errors Warning: Missing argument 2 for tep_get_zone_name() in /home/starlite/public_html/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 270 Warning: Missing argument 3 for tep_get_zone_name() in /home/starlite/public_html/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 270 any ideas?
♥Vger Posted April 18, 2005 Posted April 18, 2005 I'm guessing that you have changed the location of your store (country) from USA to another country, but have not added the zones (counties/states) for that country. If, for instance, you are located in the UK you will need to go to Contributions and download the zones file for the UK and install the UK counties (zones) via phpMyAdmin, and then select one of them as the zone your store is located in. The quick fix would be just to add the United Kingdom (if in the UK) as a zone of United Kingdom (the country) - which you can do via your osCommerce control panel. Vger
Guest Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 No I didnt change zone... This happened after I transferred the site to another server. I transferred all the files and the database and this is the only error I get. Any other ideas of what's wrong?
♥Vger Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I would try installing the database again. Sometimes it can happen when transferring sites that the database does not upload properly the first time you transfer it. If you upload a database via FTP make sure that it is transferred in ASCII mode and that you don't use the Auto-Detect setting for ftp transfer of this type of file. Vger
Guest Posted April 19, 2005 Posted April 19, 2005 I didnt use FTP . I did it through phpMyadmin and ran sql query. I tried again but...ughhhh same thing
