Need Help Updating Installed Template On Server

I had a template installed onto my server, as seen on my webpage. Whenever I edit the script with the oscommerce software it updates it properly, however when you click the bar at the top which was installed from the template it send you to a page with pictures not showing up, categories overlapping, etc.

 

How do I make the template update automatically to the changes I make through the installed oscommerce on my server?

if you click the buttons at the top part of the webpage you will see the errors, however if you click the links on the left side of the page it all works properly... pretty confusing

 

Please if someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it!
