add more of the same product in shoppingcart

I want to give users the possibility to add more of the same products to the shoppingcart. My question: How can I do this?

 

I sell tissues so my shop works with decimals in the quantity;

 

for example: 0.75 cm of product A, 3.20 cm of product B, etc.

 

what I want is:

0.35 cm of product A, 0.4 of product A, etc.
