Orders not updating

Hello friends,

I have oscommerce running ms2.2.My problem is on the admin side.when a customer purchases a product the order has been added and updated on the database how ever in admin i can only see the order status number (like pending=1 on the admin index) and when i click the pending link i cant see any orders and its displaying 0 orders.i cant trace the bug so you guys please help me.

I had this same problem and I fixed mine by going to Admin>>Modules>>Order total.

 

If you do not display the order total, you will get the result you have described. Make sure this is set to true

Thanks i have set to this true but the same problems again.

What i have to do.what are the codes or files involved in the order.php.

Help me!
