Pay Per View?

Has anyone used osCommerce to sell Pay-Per-View / Pay-Per-Time blocks of Time?

 

I'm developing a site that charges for viewing video content either:

 

1) per-second of Time

2) per-view of individual packages

 

Instead of shipping goods, for 1) osCommerce would need to add the purchased time to a database table that maintains the time-credits. This would be debited by the media server when the customer views content.

 

For 2) the purchase of a 'view' would be generic - not attached to a specific video package - but when used for the first time the media server would 'bind' that purchase to the viewed package.

 

Are there any contributions along these lines?
