Genuine Performance Posted April 16, 2005 Share Posted April 16, 2005 Can anyone tell me why my site displays the wrong prices for items? I just put in a test item and the price should be $1350, sometimes it changes to $1261 but when I go through the check out it goes back to the right price again at the last step... I tried making it a special too and it will display the orignal price as $1261 and the special price as $1300 but then again sometimes change the price....Any help would be greatly appreciated! Guest Posted April 16, 2005 Share Posted April 16, 2005 In configuration in the admin panel you have the option to show prices with or without tax, you are also able to set the tax rate - have you set this up for your store? Genuine Performance Posted April 17, 2005 Author Share Posted April 17, 2005 ok I changed that to false so it adds tax to the total at checkout and the price seems ok now but when I go through checkout it doesnt add the tax, I tried it with a test customer in the same state and set up my tax zone....any ideas?
