Code needs changing somehow

Hi,

 

I've a contribution installed that allows me to change my index page in the admin. But, i've just installed a 'search engine friendly url' and it somehow places my old php changed index page at the front of my site. How can i change this so my other index page is there again?

Re-install the index.php changes of the first contribution you installed. You overwrote something from the looks of it.
