Error: Catalog images directory does not exist:

Hi

I had to move my website from one server to another (identical servers) and my catalog works fine, however when I try to add new products it claims the images folder does not exsist (red path along the top of the page) but the folder is there, I even copied the path from the red line and pasted into a SSH session and cd'd to it fine. The permissions seem ok as well.

Also the file manager just gives me a blank white page.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Thanks

Hi

Ok my upload_tmp_dir is set with no value.

How do I change this and change to what?

I have other oscommerce sites running on the same server and they are working fine even though this value is 'no value'

Thanks

On the server where I had this problem, I created a file named php.ini in the user's home directory, then added a line that says:

upload_tmp_dir = <full_path_to_a_tmp_dir_in_your_account_dir>

It seems that I had to be sure that the tmp dir had 777 permissions, but I don't remember for sure.

It may well be a different problem, but I know that this fixed it once for me.
