SecPay Authorisation returns customer to login

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Currently, I am trying to get a new instance of the osCommerce shopping cart working with the SecPay test account. The version of SecPay I have is "secpay.php,v 2004/03/26 16:56:45 sparky Exp $".

I am experiencing a problem whereby when SecPay processes a transaction successfully, it returns me to the osCommerce shopping cart login screen, although the URL shown is https://www.secpay.com/java-bin/ValCard

When a transaction fails, it returns me to the payment screen with the appropriate error message - just as I would expect. The URL shown is https://www.secpay.com/java-bin/ValCard

Why is it returning me to the login screen when a transaction is successfully authorised - any ideas anyone?

I've trawled the forum but not found a definitive solution to this problem. I do not have Force Cookies or Check IP Address enabled.

Thanks in advance for any help - I'm pulling my hair out over this!

have you got anywhere close to a solution with this problem

I raised a support call with SecPay on Thursday 14 April as neither myself nor my ISP could solve this problem. To date, SecPay have not actioned the support call.

If anyone can help with this, I would be VERY grateful!!
