Changing the way orders are delt

Hey All,

 

This is quite a difficult thing to do and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or could guide me.

 

Ok,

 

Instead of sending an email to the admin informing that there is a new order, I want the shop to send the details of the order in CSV form only when the order staus has been set to "Completed"

 

if "orderstatus" = completed then

send order in csv form to sales@shop.com

else

wait till orderstatus = completed

 

is the best way that i can put it.

 

But it would still have to email the customer in the original format.

 

I hope someone can help me out. this is a toughy
