Center with css2 not quite centered

I'm really scratching my head over this - I used the center with css 2 mod and the info boxes on the right side are still causing the right/left scroll on the index page ( http://corporatemicroshop.com/shopdev ) yet it's fine on all the other pages!

 

I'm an html coder, and know nothing about php, so it's really frustrating to wade through all the bits and pieces of code and not be sure what's wrong where. Does anyone have any idea where I goofed up on this?

 

As a note, I normally use 800x600 res and was wondering if it was correct to see everything as requiring the left/right scroll before I used the mod. I have an earlier version of oscommerce on another site and never had that problem.
