Yes, you can simply add a new box to column right or left and establish it in a permanent location on your index page, by placing it above the best sellers or any other variable box so it remains positioned like your cart, category, etc. There are numerous contribs related to adding a new box. You can make an image banner the width of your new column box containing all or some of your manufacturers. Or create and add mulitple thumbnails that link to particular pages or redirects. Our is it possible to have them above the new products box with out a box around them ??
