I need to be able to do some payment with some items and some payments not for some items. How can I do this?

i need soem products at check out to be paid with credit car, paypal, and check/ money order. And I need some products to show at check out just credit card, and I need some other items to show just check/money order. and if two items have different heckout needs then I need to show that there is only certain ways to pay for one and certain ways to pay for others or something like that.. I do not think the handling fee is going to do this.
