Would like to accept CC payments

Hi,

I've setup Paypal on my website but would also like to accept credit card payments like switch, visa etc without customers having to create accounts in the payment process. I've read through a lot of posts, but i'm not sure what's the best option for me, as I read that Paypal now accept CC payments without having to sign up for an account, or is there a better service I could setup and use. I am based in the UK if this helps at all.

Thanks for any replies.

Hi Justin

Have a look at

www.netbanx.com

They do the actual processing, and will give you a m,odule to link into your OS Commerce site. Set up cost is about ?150.

You can have one of two types of account.

First is "bureau" account. Basically, Netbanx act as bank adn processor. For the bank part, you pay 4% of your transaction price. For the processor part you pay between 1% and 4% depending on how much you sell.

Second is "standard" account. You still pay Netbanx to do the processing, and pay the same fee. But, for the bank part, you get your own bank to provide this service, and they will normally charge less than 4%, so this is cheaper. However, it's also harder to set up, and your bank may give you all sorts of grief in the process.

Cheers

Mark
