shmoomoo Posted April 12, 2005 Posted April 12, 2005 I am using a third party payment gateway (National Australia Bank) to process credit cards. Occasionally I get an email from the bank saying that I have received payment and no order in osC. I tested it out and have come to the conclusion that customers are going to the payment page then taking too long to enter their payment details before returning to the site. At which point their session has timed and the site misses the payment confirmation. So I am left with money in the bank and no order and an embarrassing phone call to make! Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone know how to extend the session timeout in osC?? Would be VERY grateful for some help on this. Cheers, David Dale www.pool-store.com.au
