where to find files for a chang files for a change

I,m looking for the file or files where I can add a subject to the bar where Top,catalog,my account,cart contents and checkout are located. Any Help GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

I think what you are looking for is in /catalog/includes/header.php.

Thanks friend..I found the location of the right side (myaccount,cart contents, Etc) but i still can't locate the left side where where it says "top,catalog"...All I'm trying to do is link to my reciprocal links page already on my site...If anyone could suggest an easy way I'd really appreciate it :-"
