includes/languages/.php error

I have strange problem, when i trying to run oscommerce catalog or admin area after installation.

 

there is apache error log:

 

[Mon Apr 11 02:27:42 2005] [error] PHP Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/.php' (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in c:\html\1clicksale\includes\application_top.php on line 285

 

application_top.php line 285:

require(DIR_WS_LANGUAGES . $language . '.php');

 

where is a problem?

 

P.S. I run oscommerce under windows xp.
