Looking to pay for new feature

Hello. I have been using S&P's upgraded OS commerce for about 9 months now, and was wanting to get a price on adding some customized features to it. If you can take a minute and look at www.trashy.com, you will see an example of what I am wanting to do. I want my customers to be able to shop by model. ( model as in sexy female wearing our clothing) and then each image link directly to that item in my catalog. If anyone can help me with adding this feature I'd apprecaite it.

You could set up your top level categories as the models, and go from there. Set up an image subdirectory for each girl, and add a dynamic call for the girl's name in the image requests.
