beernutz Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 I know from reading the support forum for the last 3 hours that using IIS6 (on Windows 2003 Server) with oscommerce is not ideal but that it can be done. My problem is that although I seem to be able to get all the way through the installation script without a problem and I have set the Users group to have full control over the files and directories listed in the installation instructions, when I try to access index.php under either /catalog or /catalog/admin I get a blank page. I will post my two configure.php files (without the database information) in hopes that someone can spot what is wrong or point me in the direction of a solution. FWIW, I am running php version 4.3.11 with register_globals = On and Mysql 3.23.59-nt . <?php /* osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions http://www.oscommerce.com Copyright (c) 2003 osCommerce Released under the GNU General Public License */ // Define the webserver and path parameters // * DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical) // * DIR_WS_* = Webserver directories (virtual/URL) define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://localhost'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'http://localhost'); define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', ''); define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'false'); // secure webserver for catalog module define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', 'C:\InetPub\IP69\catalog'); // where the pages are located on the server define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/catalog/admin/'); // absolute path required define('DIR_FS_ADMIN', 'C:/InetPub/IP69/catalog/admin'); // absolute pate required define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/catalog/'); // absolute path required define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', 'C:/InetPub/IP69/catalog'); // absolute path required define('DIR_WS_IMAGES', 'images/'); define('DIR_WS_ICONS', DIR_WS_IMAGES . ♥Vger Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 You define the full path here as being: 'C:\InetPub\IP69\catalog\'); and here you define it as being: define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', 'C:/InetPub/IP69/catalog'); Don't know if forward or backward slash is correct for IIS, but it has to be one or the other and not both (I'm guessing).
