Guest Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 I know this has probably been asked before, but after 10 pages of searching I got tired of reading ... I've put my store up to have ppl start getting product. The ones who've used it said they're not getting any download links. The other day I got a verification email from Stormpay (the payment module I use) saying that this person had bought this and that clip. However, they never received a link. What settings do I need to check for this? I've made sure that the filename in the Product attributes matches the filename I uploaded to the server and all.
Guest Posted April 11, 2005 Posted April 11, 2005 OK I don't see an "edit" button so i'll add it here... The Stormpay email i got was generated from my oscommerce site IPN module. forgot to say that... so it seems THAT is working. they just never got a download link
