set shipping $ for each item individualy

hello all I would like to set the shipping amount spacific to each item

 

item#300 @ 99.00

item#301 @ 25.00

etc.....

Can this be done, since i resell from several manufacturers the zip code they are shipped from is different for most items. It i set a weight and my zip i will be shoted if the customer is in california and the warehouse is in texas

Thanks in a year or so i'll be able to install it, currently im fighting Dreamweaver to even find the basic files i would like to modifynow. I really do appreciate the info though.
