No-idea Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Hello all :) I use to have the standard ordering process where you started a new accoutn and when I updated peoples status of their orders it would send them and email with the info in. I added the order without account function and thought all was fine but I've had a couple people say they got blank emails from the site? So i decided to do an orer myself to see what email I got and I got the starting email fine saying I had made the order and so on but when I updated the status like people had said I got a blank email? Does anyone know how to fix this? Its a little anoying as It doesn't look that professional. Thanx for anyhelp! Bob :)
