No Orders showing

hi all ,

i have a few problems that i can not figure out so i hope you can help me.

 

when i purchase something from my store using any of the payment options the order does not show up in the Custmoers>Orders section of the admin panel

 

i thought this was because of the paypal payment option which i had running , so i installed paypal ipn but for some reason even though enabled it dont show up on the payment option page.

 

can anyone help me out with these 2 problems

what do you have set as the default order status?

what do you have for order status in the admin/localization/order status?

there is 4 options in admin/localization/order status

 

1. Pending ( Default )

2. Processing

3. Delivered

4. Preparing [PayPal IPN]

Try using the check/mondy order module and see what you get there.

ok i enabled the check/money module

 

i went to pick payment method but it dont show up in the list

i have 6 enabled payment methods but only 4 show up on the site

if thats any help to you.

for troubleshooting purposes, disable all the others and see what happens

disabled all modules for payment excluding check/money

i went to place order but on the choose payment mothod , the was nothing there

apart from this text

This is currently the only payment method available to use on this order.
